End-user licence agreement

1. What this licence covers

This EULA applies to digital materials created by Omega Publishers and made available to you through our website, by email or during a project, including:

• Guides, checklists and templates.
• Onboarding questionnaires and review guides.
• Launch asset templates and design templates.
• Any other downloadable resources we provide.

2. What it does not cover

This EULA does not apply to your book or your own content. You own your book and the ideas, stories and materials you contribute, as explained in our author rights and royalties policy. Where your written author agreement says something different about a specific item, your agreement applies.

3. Licence we grant you

Omega Publishers grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use our materials:

• To prepare, review, publish and promote your own book.
• Within your own business, for your own professional purposes.

4. Launch assets made for your book

Launch materials created specifically for your book, such as announcement graphics and excerpts featuring your book, may be used by you freely and indefinitely to promote your book.

5. Restrictions

Unless we agree otherwise in writing, you may not:

• Resell, sublicense, publish or distribute our materials as your own product.
• Remove copyright or ownership notices from our materials.
• Use our templates or methods to offer publishing services to others.
• Use our materials in a way that is unlawful or misleading.

6. Ownership

Omega Publishers and our licensors keep all rights in our materials that are not expressly granted to you in this EULA.

7. Review files and drafts

Drafts and review files shared during a project are provided so you can review your book. Please keep them confidential until publication, and share them only with people you trust to give feedback.

8. Warranty

Our materials are provided to help you, and we take care to make them accurate and useful. Except where the law says otherwise, they are provided "as is" without any warranty that they will be error-free or suitable for every purpose.

9. Termination

This licence ends automatically if you breach it. On termination you must stop using our materials, except launch assets made for your book, which you may continue to use to promote it.

10. Relationship to other terms

This EULA works alongside our terms of use and any written agreement between you and Omega Publishers. If they conflict, your written agreement takes priority.
